Through the contact form we collect your name, company, email, enquiry type, and message.

We use this information to evaluate brand and product introductions, respond to business enquiries, and assess potential supplier and trading relationships. We do not use it for unrelated purposes.
4. Processing and storage
Submissions are stored in the website's database hosted on the Base44 platform. Technical measures include server-side validation and basic rate limiting. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Catalogues and documents
Files you upload are stored in private storage and are not publicly accessible. They are retrieved only through time-limited access by authorised administrators.
6. Who can access your information
Access is limited to authorised VOLTEM administrators. We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed where required by law.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep submissions for as long as needed to evaluate and manage potential commercial relationships. You may ask us to delete your submission at any time using the contact form; we will act on reasonable requests subject to legal obligations.
